Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

- Packeta
- GLS
- DPD
- DHL

Please note: For non-EU countries, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
VAT Information
All prices include VAT for orders within the European Union at the applicable rate.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following locations:
- PO Boxes
- Non-EEA countries except Switzerland and United Kingdom
Lost or Damaged Packages
Pinch of Salt Clothing s.r.o. is not responsible for lost packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
